Return & Refund Policy

Important NoteNexsko primarily delivers custom software, SaaS subscriptions, and digital services. Because of the intangible and bespoke nature of these deliverables, our refund policy differs from physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. SaaS Subscriptions

Free Trial: Where a free trial period is offered, you may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.

Paid Plans: Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced, except as described below.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until then.

2. Custom Development Projects

Milestone-based projects: Payments tied to completed milestones are non-refundable once the milestone has been delivered and accepted.

Advance payments: If a project is cancelled before work begins on a paid phase, the unused advance may be refunded after deducting any administrative or scoping costs already incurred.

Work in progress: If you cancel a project mid-phase, you will be invoiced for the proportionate work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any overpayment will be refunded; any underpayment will be due immediately.

3. Eligible Refund Circumstances

A full or partial refund may be granted if:

  • A critical defect is reported within 14 days of delivery and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
  • We fail to deliver the agreed service due to our own fault
  • A duplicate payment is made due to a technical error
  • Applicable consumer protection law mandates a refund

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Completed milestones or deliverables that have been approved by the client
  • SaaS subscription fees for months already billed and used
  • Third-party costs (domain registrations, cloud services, licences) procured on your behalf
  • Consulting or advisory hours already rendered
  • Services cancelled due to breach of our Terms & Conditions by the client

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Submit a request via our contact form within the eligible timeframe
  2. Include your invoice number, the reason for the request, and any supporting documentation
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 7 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may escalate the matter as per the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
