By accessing or using any website, product, or service provided by Nexsko Web Private Limited ("Nexsko", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Nexsko provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, AI solutions, web and mobile application development, technical consulting, and related digital services ("Services").

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content, code, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platforms are the property of Nexsko Web Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Custom software developed exclusively for a client may be transferred per the terms of the applicable service agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Interfere with the availability or integrity of our Services

Fees for Services are as agreed in your service contract or displayed on applicable order forms. All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may attract interest at the rate permissible under applicable law.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexsko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Nexsko in the three months preceding the claim.

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, unless otherwise expressly stated in a written service agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexsko, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand.

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
